Finally!! I got the bed to myself. *sigh* Do you know what it's like livin' with four sisters?!

"I'm kind of camera shy."

"Man, if mom is going to make us eat these whole wheat O's, she could at least pour some milk in them!"

"Ok, if you're coming into my room, it's wrestling time! Take that!"

"Yeah, well, take that!"

"Ha ha, you're down, sister!"

 "Brothers!" *sigh

"Mom! He's lookin' at me!"

"I'm giving kisses to my other mom. She really likes when I do that."

"Ah, payback time! I'm takin' my sista down now!"

"Shhh..don't tell my blue sisters, but I think I'm the prettiest with my beautiful red hair. I mean, who wants a blue dog?!"

Bringing home the kill.

Wolves in the wild do it. Foxes and coyotes do it too. The pups and kits stay home in the den while mom goes off hunting and then brings home the kill to feed her babies.

China does it too. But instead of the usually freshly killed hunk of meat, she brought home the freshly killed overcooked waffle! hehe

Yep, I'm to blame. If a piece of toast or something gets burnt, I toss it out the back door. If the dogs are within earshot they come when they hear the door slam. This morning I tossed out some waffles that I forgot in the waffle iron. China was already outside on a potty break and start wolfing down the pieces like she was starving! Then when it was time to come back in the house, she brought back some of the "kill" for the babies;)

They were more interested in milk for breakfast. And actually, I think China brought it back as a snack for herself;)
